WatchGnome began as an exercise in business concept brainstorming and rapid concept development. Our goal as a team was to define a business concept in 1 week and then generate the first sale within 1 more week with an MVP launch.

We were successful. We went from a blank page of “business ideas” on a Monday, to making our first sale for $19.00 12 days later on the following Friday.

The business has been through multiple pivots over the past 5 years, but has done 6 figures in sales while essentially on automation through outsourcing and process building.
